Refund Policy
Many products at www.myhaiti.biz are perishable. Therefore, in order to uphold our food safety standards, we are unable to accept returns for any perishable food product(s).
If you have an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Care Service prior to returning your items. Please save the product, original box, any paperwork and packing materials it arrived in. All sales are finial subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Shipping Policy
Haiti Shops ships within 24 hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and Haiti National Holidays.Shipping Charges: A fixed shipping charge of $19 all over PAP for all Orders $499.99 and under.Shipping is free on all Orders $500 or more to any destination in PAP.All orders outside of PAP past Carrefour and Cabaret are charged $50 up to Saint-Marc driving north and Miragoane driving south.Past Miragouane or Saint-Marc a flat fee of $100 is added for further destinations to all orders.
